New to dance? Want to get back into dance? Our Adult Dance classes are perfect for anyone looking to learn dance technique and get moving! Our Adult Dance classes are currently open-level classes, meaning, no matter your past experience, we have a class for you! Adult Dance classes are offered in the styles of Ballet, Tap, and a Jazz/Hip Hop combo class.
Adult Fitness
Our Adult Fitness classes are designed to give you a good, challenging workout, in a way that you can enjoy. Our certified instructors teach a variety of strength, weight, and cardio fitness classes, that make you forget you are even exercising!
Our Adult Class tuition is designed to give you flexibility in finding classes that you truly love. All of our Adult Classes feature a drop-in option, where you can join 1 class for $7. Once you decide what classes you love, you can commit to a Monthly Class Pass to give you more options and savings! Class passes are billed monthly, and allow you to attend as many of the classes included in your pass as wish!

Unlimited Class Pass
$100 a month
Includes: Adult Ballet, Tap, Jazz/Hip Hop, Xtreme Hip Hop, Xtreme Burn, Xtreme HIIT Dance, Strength in Motion, Senior Groove, and Strength, Core & Balance
* For Jan-May 2026, Unlimited Class Pass will be $65, and will include all Adult Dance and Fitness classes

Xtreme Hip Hop Step
Xtreme Hip Hop Step is a step program like no other! We have combined Xtreme cardio, the step board, hip-hop music and lots of swag to provide our participants with a fresh spin on an old concept. We are making STEP great again. Whether participants are beginners, advanced, old or young they all want a unique but effective workout regimen. This Program will help you provide a safe and fun class for people of all demographics. Classes often feel like a party—loud music, hype instructor, and group motivation.
Xtreme Burn
Xtreme Burn classes have three elements that, when combined, provide a fun, safe, and full body workout. Xtreme Burn is a full-body conditioning class that can use: A step bench, Dumbbells, Bodyweight movements, High-energy hip-hop music, and Fast-paced intervals. It’s designed to push your heart rate up while building strength and endurance.
Xtreme HIIT Dance
Xtreme HD is a high-energy dance fitness program that fuses the fun of dance with the power of high-intensity interval training. Designed to challenge and motivate, Xtreme HD keeps participants moving, sweating, and having a blast while improving endurance, strength, and coordination.
