Adult Dance

New to dance? Want to get back into dance? Our Adult Dance classes are perfect for anyone looking to learn dance technique and get moving! Our Adult Dance classes are currently open-level classes, meaning, no matter your past experience, we have a class for you! Adult Dance classes are offered in the styles of Ballet, Tap, and a Jazz/Hip Hop combo class.

Adult Fitness

Our Adult Fitness classes are designed to give you a good, challenging workout, in a way that you can enjoy. Our certified instructors teach a variety of strength, weight, and cardio fitness classes, that make you forget you are even exercising! We also have Open Arms Fitness Club, which gives you the option to workout on machines as well!

Our Adult Class tuition is designed to give you flexibility in finding classes that you truly love. All of our Adult Classes feature a drop-in option, where you can join 1 class for $7. Once you decide what classes you love, you can commit to a Monthly Class Pass to give you more options and savings! Class passes are billed monthly, and allow you to attend as many of the classes included in your pass as wish!

Unlimited Class Pass

$80 a month

Includes: Adult Ballet, Tap, Jazz/Hip Hop, Xtreme Hip Hop, Xtreme Burn, Xtreme HIIT Dance, Strength in Motion, Senior Groove, and Strength, Core & Balance

Open Arms Fitness Club

Fitness Club only: $50 a month

Includes: Access 6am-8pm to Open Arms Fitness Club

Class Pass and Fitness Club: $100 a month

Adult Class Descriptions

A technique-focused class that teaches the French and Cecchetti methods of ballet. This is an open-level ballet class for ages 16+.

Adult Ballet

A technique-focused, yet performance-driven class that focuses on expression, musicality, and classic jazz technique. This is an open-level class for ages 16+.

Adult Jazz

A technique-focused class that focuses on the rhythm style of tap. This is an open-level class for ages 16+.

Adult Tap

Xtreme Hip Hop Step is a step program like no other! We have combined Xtreme cardio, the step board, hip-hop music and lots of swag to provide our participants with a fresh spin on an old concept. We are making STEP great again. Whether participants are beginners, advanced, old or young they all want a unique but effective workout regimen. This Program will help you provide a safe and fun class for people of all demographics. Classes often feel like a party—loud music, hype instructor, and group motivation.

Xtreme Hip Hop Step

Xtreme Burn classes have three elements that, when combined, provide a fun, safe, and full body workout. Xtreme Burn is a full-body conditioning class that can use: A step bench, Dumbbells, Bodyweight movements, High-energy hip-hop music, and Fast-paced intervals. It’s designed to push your heart rate up while building strength and endurance.

Xtreme Burn

Xtreme HD is a high-energy dance fitness program that fuses the fun of dance with the power of high-intensity interval training. Designed to challenge and motivate, Xtreme HD keeps participants moving, sweating, and having a blast while improving endurance, strength, and coordination.

Xtreme HIIT Dance

A cardio and weights class that utilizes 2-5 pound weights to strengthen and tone your muscles. A challenging workout to good tunes, so you forget that you are working out at all!

Strength in Motion

In this class we will focus on low-impact strength, core, and balance exercises. Beginner ballet technique will be taught in balance exercises, and strength exercises will include a combination of light-weight training, walking, and bodyweight exercises. Core exercises will be incorporated into strength and balance exercises, and we will also experiment with pilates-inspired exercises.

Strength, Core, & Balance

A fitness-forward dance class for ages 60+. In this class we will learn follow-the-leader stye routines to get your heart rate up and your body moving! We will also occasionally learn some simple line dances and beginner dance technique.

Senior Groove

Open Arms Fitness Club provides all the machines you need to get in a quick 30 minute, or longer workout on your own time! Operated by Chris Long, Open Arms Fitness Club is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals at Open Arms in an entirely new way! With your Fitness Club membership, you receive access to the gym area from 6am-8pm daily, so this a perfect option for busy schedules!
